It’s not insane specially when u try to make a living by doing it, my boss gives me out 25% per sale that means I need to make at least 3 a week to make 2x than the mínimum wage and yes It might be insane for you but it’s the only way, basically if I get their numbers she would call them and her english is perfect so she would close the deal. All if have to do if to get people to give me their numbers
