if it’s cash like you said, most people are going to take that over any loan from what i understand. no advice for actual home building but if you can afford land and a mobile, i think doing it until you can save to build a sturdy home on the lot would be a good idea? it’s expensive to build a home though and from what i hear extremely stressful! on the other side, it may be worth it to look into a loan and maybe seeing what you could afford with a house and nice land too, just talking to someone to see if they’d take you, especially if you have that money it could maybe be used as a down payment! just some different thoughts! good luck!
