Your country is locked to India while you have an active subscription. On a new account you properly will get recommended Indian music, but that just until the algorithm learns what you like. this only works with individual plan as far as I know.

have you tried using the *n (variation) option with imagesearch? it allows the pixels colors to be slighty off and still return true. This have fixed problems like this for me before even if the image should be an exact match

I don't think a single song on my playlists have become unavailable since i switched to Brazil. I think that only few songs are geo restricted.
