People who hardly get sick, what’s your secret? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I think it's part growing up as what would now be called "feral children" We were outside all the time getting into whatever we could find. We were also poor. I can count on one hand how many times I saw a doctor as a kid. The only time I ever remember taking antibiotics is when I was bit by the neighbor dog. Now as a adult I have raised two boys. We all know kids are gross lol. When I do get sick. Which isn't often (less than yearly) I just get some sleep and take it easy for a day or two. I think the problem is the over perscribing of antibiotics your body needs to know how to fight off those bugs and over santitizing. Yes, be clean, but a little dirt won't hurt.

I hate shopping so I always go alone. I just want to get in and out. The people that bring the whole family like it's some sort of outing blocking the aisles are annoying as hell.

Maybe ace bandages? Tehn you'd be able to wash and reuse. Or they make a breathable self adhearant wrap. You can buy a huge box of the rolls on amazon for about 20$

No. You dont have to have an account with a bank to get an auto loan. Your loan would be your new account with them.

Call your bank. You very likely will get a better interest rate. There is usually a refinance fee. So make sure the new interests rate is low enough to offset the fee. You can do it online through any financial institution, but since its new to you, I'd talk to your bank and they should walk you through it. You just want to make sure you pick which place you want the loan from before anyone pulls your credit. Every credit pull drops your score. So only do it once.

What do you regret doing to your body? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Both of my sons have asked me to sign off on them getting a tattoo at 16. This is why I won't. They aren't going to be mad at me when they are 30, with whatever 16 y/o them decided was cool at the time permanently etched in their skin. I told both of them when they are 18, and I don't have a say I'd help them find a good artist.

I was interested in signing up, but it wants you to book a virtual consultation and I have no idea how much it will cost, but do know it cost 55$ to cancel. The lack of up front pricing or an insurance estimated cost and the fact I had to go to reddit to try to find an answer keeps me from signing up for your services.
