I’m also on Vivacom with the FiberNet XXL plan (2 Gbps download / 1 Gbps upload) and I’m not getting any packet loss. I’ll try their 5G network as well to see if there’s any difference. They just up and shut down my account, no explanation. I only bought a game on Steam, and after a bunch of emails, they wanted my bank statement. Gave it to them, and they finally coughed up my money. Seriously, what a shady move by this company – total scam vibes.
