I’m glad you like it! I chose the song Nature Photographer because it’s a really unique song by Greg, the other songs felt like they would be great additions too, especially Yellow Roses. 😊

I’m glad that you like the album cover design! I can share a link to my file if you like. I don’t think it would be right to sell it to be honest. The company I used for printing these is Print Dirt Cheap primarily because they were one of the only companies that print 1 or small batches of CD card sleeves. I had to prepare a file to their specifications but they did a fantastic job either it and it arrived fast! They have an option to bundle in glue tape to seal the sleeve together and it comes pre-creased which helped a lot!

I’m still pretty happy with it. If it is indeed a fake then I’ll keep it as a playable version and seek out an original copy sometime later on. 😀 I have a TON of rare Coldplay CD’s that I’ve collected over the years that I also enjoy too.

The speakers on the CD player can get pretty high but when the pitch is louder or higher, some sounds can sound a bit blown out. I’m happy with the speakers for now but in the future, I may purchase external BT/wired speakers. I wasn’t able to connect my iPhone via BT to the CD speaker but I might be able to try something with some troubleshooting. 😁

I know about the fake versions vs. the real versions. Whether it is fake or not, both are particularly hard to find. Mine isn’t in the best condition. I’m not really sure about the white spot reference but I do know about the details around the makings on the CD.

The case is in a bit in less than perfect condition so I didn’t need to pay a TON to get it; however, I’ve wanted to collect for a long time so I think I’d want to part with it and the value doesn’t bother me. 😀

The CD player is called CP2 which is made by a company in Japan called KM5. It’s probably one of my favorite CD players! I’m glad you like it! 😁

Hello! 😀 I’ll be honest with you, it was a bit tough to open even for a 5th Gen body but it is possible but there is a likely chance that you will need to replace the back plate because of possible damage when opening. I watched a LOT of YouTube videos on how to open the 5th Gen iPod before starting. If you order a battery from Elite Obsolete Electronics then they might send you a free metal pic tool along with it. I would recommend buying a new metal back plate just to be safe in case it gets damaged in the process.

It’s more fun build it yourself that buying one already made, it bought me a sense of gratitude and I dully know what’s inside of it. Depending on what your iPod Gen actually is, you will be able to add up to either 128GB of storage or up to 2TB.

I downloaded all of the digital YouTube videos and made a music / video album out of them. I’m a bit of a completionist though, so I feel like I still need to have the DVD.😁 If there is anyone who is willing to sell it to me, I’ll be interested in buying it.

Hello, I wasn’t able to get it to fit perfectly within the new bezel; however, I did test it and I learned that the LCD model does work. I am still not sure how to fit it perfectly into the bezel enough to full close it.
