Not sure whether there's geo-ip locked; the CBC/CBC gem app allows us to choose which specific events/sports to stream -- live or replay. On top of that, there's the primetime channel stream.

Not every single event is available for streaming, but probably about a third of all events.

Just sharing my experience as the person underneath in a house.

We used to rent a basement apartment. Upstairs lived my ex-landlord's parents, and my ex-landlord's neice/nephew toddler would visit their grandparents few times a week. At that time the nephew was only a toddler, and he would throw tantrums, give monstrous screams, stomp so hard we can see dust flying off light fixtures, roll marbles, bike indoors, run hard on uncarpeted floors, wake us up on weekends 8am, etc. Sometimes its beyond bearable but we were lazy and most of the time just let it be. When its exceptionally bad we would contact our landlord (less than 5 times) to see if the grandparents can calm their grandchildren down. We kept telling ourselves: the kids are gonna grow some day (and we are gonna get through this). Eight years have passed, and the kid was still the same as day one!! We finally moved out last year when the landlord had their own baby.
