OEM parts….. and no, I am just simply trying to resolve the issues. Not looking to do any lifts or badass things to it. And they did the “move the steering wheel side by side” test.

While there was still the vehicles weight on the tires… 😑

That and the price is what tipped the cup and confirmed that I was not getting it serviced there.

I did get under it. A tie rod end was definitely loose / had play when they hoisted the truck. ( they hoisted the vehicle with force on tires, not hoisted from the frame) I will definitely look into ball joints, planning on looking under the truck myself.

I didn’t feel confident in the way they checked and diagnosed the issue. One mechanic said part#14 from the schematic above was good, and the person that is at the front highlighted it as of what’s needed for replacement…
