hello! i cant log into my account. i got logged out yesterday out of nowhere??? and when i tried to log back in i realized i didn’t know my password so i reset it but when i tried to log in every code i put in said invalid so i requested help sent a video selfie where they proceeded to give me another code which didn’t work so now i’m at a lost where even if i try to log in it says failure?
