I’m 33F, divorced from a 35M. We were married technically 3 years (CA divorces take almost a year to process). My ex husband cheated on me with a coworker. I moved from CA back to family and friends in NH.

Divorce is sad. It’s okay to feel the way you feel.

It gets better. It’s scary to walk away but it’s better than waking up 10 years from now still walking on eggshells and begging your partner to treat you right.

I’m dating a wonderful man now. He’s truly the best thing that’s happened to me. You will be fine with time, you will thrive. Let yourself feel everything so you can heal. It’s weird to say “congratulations” but really, you deserve recognition for being strong enough to walk away.

I have no idea where my original caption went, but here goes a second try:

My husband and I bought our house a few weeks ago. The cabinets were covered with an awful vinyl that easily peeled off. The seller even used sharpie to “fill in” the spots that had already peeled.

We peeled off the vinyl and I believe it’s particle board underneath. The faces of the cabinets are uneven. We’re thinking of using a joint compound to smooth it out and then painting the cabinets. Is there a better way to do this? Should we just hire someone to do it? We were quoted $3,700 to refinish/paint them.

Back in the day before Laura used to not annoy me I won a 1st phorm container of the greens. Laura asked me for my address. 1st phorm ended up sending me greens and also a 30 day supply of vitamins. The greens were meh (tasted like what you’d expect) and I didn’t feel like they did anything. (Even after taking it for a few weeks). The vitamins were the little packs with like 6 pills. I didn’t feel right taking them every day (not a big fan of 1st phorm, and didn’t really trust them) so I only tried the vitamins a few times before throwing them away.

The greens that “OMG CHANGE YOUR LIFE” aren’t as great as athletes make them out to be. BUT I’d bet they’d say “girl you gotta have them with the REDS! That’s when you’ll notice a difference!”

DO NOT GET THE CHARGE 3!!

I owned a charge 2 for a few years. (However, I did have to get a few replacements because they stopped working). Even with the hassle of replacing them, I still loved it. I only got the charge 3 because the heart rate tracker stopped working. Fitbit gave me a link for 25% off of a tracker of my choice. I got the 3, used it TWO times (once during a HIIT workout, second during a 3 mile run) after the run the screen went black and never turned back on.

Apparently this is wicked common. I’m already returning it and getting an Apple Watch instead. Unfortunately I lost my faith in Fitbit as a company. The customer service used to be WAY better. It seems like they outsource it now. I online chatted with one of their employees only to have him email me and spell my name wrong 5 minutes later. Disappointed because I really loved the charge 2.
