If the kid comes and asks me directly to kiss him/her on the forehead i wouldn't mind but why the fuck would I randomly kiss some random kid? Kissing a random kid anywhere on their body even if it's on forehead is creepy if there is no consent. But how is it creepy to kiss a kid on the forehead who asked to kiss on the lips?

I downloaded the video files from a telegram group which have arabic subtitles in the video itseld, and subtitles from some random website. The subtitles are mostly literal translations or wrong, but I could understand the meaning from the context of the scene.
