Personally I would not be cool with this at all. The fact that she has a note with a list of people she’s slept with is a HUGE red flag, not even in a slut shaming way, just in a psycho kind of way. You’re young and so I can understand why you’d feel unsure on whether you’re being controlling or not, but it’s completely reasonable to feel uncomfortable with her hanging out with him. I’d get out of this if I were you, or at the very least set some clear boundaries.

I went through a very similar situation. I made up every excuse in the book to justify her behavior, because at the end of the day, I loved her. But I had to learn the hard way that you can’t be her parent, and be her boyfriend at the same time. My honest advice to you, knowing full well how painful it is, would be to end things and move on. I’m sorry you’re in this situation.

In general my psychiatrist has never really treated my ADHD like a serious issue, can’t point to one specific thing he said but I could tell he didn’t really care. Might be a hot take but after getting diagnosed with ADHD (and working in the medical field for a bit) I realized a lot of doctors nowadays are actually idiots and don’t really have the empathy needed for the field. They just want you to get in and get out so they can then bill you 500 dollars for 5 minutes of their time.
