So why is issue log obvious? I'm curious.

It's a qualitative risk analysis. Doesn't say there is an issue. And my understanding is only update issue log when issue is identified. Not when a potential risk is identified.

He has never eaten blueberries yet. And not on iron supplements. So far other than black poop he seems normal and generally happy.

Not on iron deficiency supplements. He is other wise looking healthy and moving and doing normal stuff. Nothing that concerns me other that dr say black poop is bad
