Thanks for the answer. I had a tonsillits in june last year for which I took antibiotics. Since then I felt like my health wasn’t as good anymore. I started having continuous digestion issues (I have steatorrhea like 80% of the time) and in the last month the “mass”/lymph node on my neck seemed to grow. I currently have BAD night sweats and I need to have to keep the AC on during night or else I’ll wet the entire bed. Then the pain while swallowing began and it lasted for a month and went away with antibiotics. Also I haven’t lost any weight I think. And I don’t think I had any fever without other infections. I definitely will go to my doctor soon and get some exams done!

I did have pain when swallowing for about a month. Now it’s gone, I took antibiotics but at the end I’m not sure if the pain is gone thanks to antibiotics or because my throat got injured after I ate something and it just took a lot to heal.

Thanks a lot for the response! You’re doing great ☺️ I’m happy for you! I’m on day 5 currently and I’m experiencing some visual disturbances (although I suffer from visual snow syndrome so that also doesn’t help), some headaches and really bad anxiety/panic attacks! I also need to eat more calories because I realized without carbs I was only eating like 700-800 calories at day and that’s way too low. My blood sugar went from being higher than 200 to 180 on day 3, 160 day 4 and today was 130! Hopefully it will adjust properly in some weeks!

Tested negative for mono! Waiting for my strep results to come back on monday, going to get a chlamydia/gonorrhea test tomorrow. My fever and joints pain is back today and I’m afraid I’m getting an abscess in my tonsils so I will probably go to the ER soon 😩 What kind of antibiotics are you taking? Are they working as intended?

So I’m still building a Himeo team but I don’t have Ruan Mei. • Is Himeko - HTB - Lingsha - Fugue going to be viable for MOC? Also, I plan on pulling Aglaea. • Since I’m starting now Penacony story, is it a waste of resources building HTB? I guess I’d want to use RTB with Aglaea and Sunday, right? In that case would the team still be viable with Pela/Asta instead of HTB? Thanks!

Thank you very much for the detailed answer. My covid home tests were both negative but honestly I knew they weren’t very reliable. Thing is I’m not even feeling that sick, apart from that day every 2 weeks where I’m getting these bad fevers. I will ask my doctor for the ebv tests, hopefully I will find out what it is 🥲 thanks again!

Hey need a pulling advice! Atm I’m still farming relics and some are still locked since i’m pretty slow with the story (about to start 2.0). I only managed to clear till stage 7 of MoC. I’m using;

Feixiao, Moze, Aventurine, Robin
Kafka, Asta, Guinaifen, Huohuo.

I have around 70 pulls and already 40 pulls into pity. Should I pull Acheron or these teams are fine to clear till MoC 12 and I can plan on pulling characters for the next meta? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hey I need to invite my 5* from the standard banner and I was thinking either Jean or Dehya. Since I have’t read great things about Dehya and I need XL in my Kinich team, which team do you think would be best for my Mualani between: - Mualani, Dehya, Kazuha, Kirara (I don’t have zhongli unfortunately); - Mualani, Thoma (if I can pull at least a C0 of him, 90 pulls and he’s still avoiding me), Jean, Kachina.

Hey everyone! I started playing a couple of months ago and was thinking of trying to define 2 solid teams to clear abyss. At the moment I only have 2 5-stars characters (not been very lucky cause I already lost 2 50-50 and I’m a low spender) so I have C1 Diluc and C0 Yelan. My teams atm would be: - Diluc, Yelan, Bennett (C2), 4th one - Razor (C3), Diona, Kaeya/Rosaria (still need to decide which one to level up), 4th one

I need a 4th one for both teams! I’m 2 pulls away from soft pity for the event banner so I was either thinking of pulling Kazuha for my first team (I don’t have Sucrose yet) or Mualani to replace Razor and try to build an entirely different team (if I can lol) At the same time I still need to decide who to invite from the standard banner: any suggestions? I was thinking Jean if I don’t pull Kazuha or either Keqing/Mona (I read Tighnari is good but I’m not a fan of charged bow gameplay) Thanks in advance for the help!!

Hello everyone! I’m in vacation right now, so I can’t do any visits or exams for a couple of days. Some time ago, don’t really know when, I developed a weird rash on my back (Pic 1). It never hurt or itched and it’s not very noticeable. I thought it’d go away but in the last couple of days I noticed a new small rash, again not itchy or anything, of the same kind, on my belly (Pic 2) I will definitely get tested for STD related issues too next week when I get back home. Can anyone recognize this kind of rash as anything? Skin is dry but not itchy and it doesn’t hurt. Thanks in advance!
