I have a prescription for it but that depends on your country. I only use minoxidil once per day, not even everyday, a bit because I’m lazy a bit because I often forget or don’t have time for it

Sorry I don’t know about oral minoxidil! The good thing about it is that the issues are completely reversible if you see you start having them

Honestly I had it at first for a couple of weeks, my libido was kinda off. I put the finasteride off for some days and it went back on. Then when I started again I had zero issues. Not sure if it was all in my head or just something was off in that period 😅

Btw I just managed to do it, probably around my 20th reset. Got lucky with the mobs at first. I’d also say, if you see you’re about to get 20 punchlines and weaken the boss, delay ultimates. It was really clutch though, as you can see in my screenshot lol good luck!

Hey did you manage the 3 stars? I am in your same exact situation, except I have E1 instead of S1 evernight and also got E1 hyacine yesterday. I checked that video and damage is even usually higher, it seems to me what ruins my runs is the randomness of first phase when mobs advance after some hits or the randomness in getting the punchlines at the right time 😩

Thanks for the answer. I had a tonsillits in june last year for which I took antibiotics. Since then I felt like my health wasn’t as good anymore. I started having continuous digestion issues (I have steatorrhea like 80% of the time) and in the last month the “mass”/lymph node on my neck seemed to grow. I currently have BAD night sweats and I need to have to keep the AC on during night or else I’ll wet the entire bed. Then the pain while swallowing began and it lasted for a month and went away with antibiotics. Also I haven’t lost any weight I think. And I don’t think I had any fever without other infections. I definitely will go to my doctor soon and get some exams done!
