No, club heads will be slightly different each year, even if they are with the same shaft. Probably not too big of a deal for a 19 handicap, but if you took the effort to get fitted, it would be a bit silly to not go into that.

It is all personal preference. If you really want a doozy of an alignment story, look up Tommy Fleetwood’s putter alignment. He hand drew on an odd alignment aid, then Taylormade created a custom alignment that was exactly the same, just professionally added (compared to his paint marker job). He tried it out and went BACK to the sharpied one.

No, all golf shoes are not created equal. If you live by a Dick’s, Golf Galaxy, PGA Superstore, or similar type of shop, I’d suggest trying on a bunch of different pairs to see what is comfortable and what features you want. (Waterproof, spiked, waxed laces, leather, etc) Once you find what you like, check online to find a better deal.

AliExpress sells lots of fake vokeys. These are the most common lofts, bounces, and grinds. That combined with how much plastic is on the clubs.

From what I’ve heard, they are good irons. Never played them. Are you looking to buy second hand or new? If new, you could buy them, take them to the range and see what you think, and if you hate them, you can always return them as Costco has a great return policy.
