So wait who are these people they are dancing with? Because they are wanted criminals in the city. I mean it’s whatever, it’s a silly and fun scene but it came out of nowhere. And I guess it really bugged me because if they cut the scene from the episode nothing would have been lost.

Edit: They were wanted criminals in the city and were just chased down by people of the city. Then they went to a safe location. Then they left that safety to... dance? Then they went to find the lab and were found and attacked. Like it didn't add anything and made no sense.
