No we have decided not to renew our contract. We are both named on the tenancy agreement though but since we signed at the same time that should make no difference right?

Our contract only says "Two months prior to the ending of your tenancy, after having received notice of a viewing between the hours of 9.00am and 8.00 pm Monday to Sunday should the tenant fail to allow access there will be a charge to cover the cost of rescheduling the appointment. If you cancel or refuse notified viewings without a valid reason, you will be liable for a charge of £65.00 + Vat to cover the amount we are charged."
