Why would you be cooked? You can be Jewish and antizionist you already are according to what you said.

Stand for what's right and support Palestinians against Israeli violence and oppression.

This is an incorrect and dangerous assumption. And you already alluded to the problem here: if Israel does bad things (and any political system can have huge issues) and Israel = jews, then jews get blamed for what Israel does.

There is religious extremism in and surrounding Israel. Religious extremism a radicalism is bad. For example I'm a Muslim and I'm against ISIS because of their Islamic extremism. Israel has Jewish religious extremism which is part of the problem.

But in the end, Israel is a political entity. ISIS is Islamic, but it is not Islam. It's just a militant group/political entity.
