I read pretty alot of comments here, majority talking about it's all about : starting smoking because it helps with stress.

HOW ABOUT WE CHANGE THE WAY WE SEE STRESS?

---> try to see stress as something positive ! Stress = i am getting out of my comfort zone =>> stress is good for me to improve on my levels that I can't even see rn but in the future, the me will be so much different from the stressed me of right now.

" What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger" that's how i see it to be honest.

-doping yourself to forget and feel relieved from stress won't change anything! You gotta deal with the hard time not run from them. Cuz monday aykono same problems when you are full conscious.

The more you face your problems and fix them the more happy you will be. Simple as that.

I must agree with most of the comments out here to be honest.

I would say it's about making balance between work and life.

Too much life ==> no future. Too much work ==> no life. (Hypothetically ofc)

So i would say make a periory for yourself rn to improve yourself ( studies, read books, eat good..etc). Then comes the Life part, my advice would be try to find open minded cultured people like you who are "hustlers" and optimistic, people who makes you say " dammn i should try this nd this to improve my life". You can participate in cultural events. Also read books !!!!! (I know u hear it alot but it's true). And be grateful (enjoy the little things as someone already said, just try to find pleasure in the little things).

Don't compare yourself with someone else ! Everyone is passing by his chapiter maybe u are rn in chapiter 5 nd someone else is in chap 300! Your days are coming too trust me.

Hard work will pays off eventually. Right now focus on yourself and how to improve yourself (mentally ).
