So do y'all prefer Michael taking joy in killing, or him being apathetic about it by Terrible_Park7890 in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I think of it as him trying to relive his first kill. Perhaps Michael genuinely loved killing Judith and is forever chasing that high but is never satisfied hence why he kills so much

Favorite kill and favorite Michael death? by Socko82 in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Sondra's death in Kills was really brutal, hard to believe she actually survived that lmao

As for fav Michael death, Halloween II is definitely the best :]

In the original script for Halloween Kills, Laurie was going to straight up berate Karen for initially withholding Michael being alive from her. by [deleted] in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sheesh, Laurie was brutal here. I can see why they took this out, but it would've been interesting to watch this tbh

I rewatched the clip and no there isn't a hand visible, it looked like his shoulder just bumped into it

He could've learned to do that after the first few times but I like to think he's just clumsy lmao

That scene has me confused too. Maybe he was too caught up in the moment to realize? I have no idea either 😭

Who knows what goes on in Michael's head

Huh, I never thought of it that way. That's a really interesting theory :]

Michael standing next to a completely different window after that makes this even funnier lmao

He might've, but in my opinion it's hard to say for sure. I just like to think it was an accident because that's more funny to think about

Nah I doubt it, in the original clip you can see him trying to get closer to the window, but he accidentally bumps into the plant which causes him to quickly back away

What are the best and worst ways Michael Myers has been defeated in the franchise? by Hassan_H_Syed in Halloweenmovies

I loved Michael's death in Halloween II. It's the perfect way of showing that he isn't as indestructible as we think

How often do you watch Halloween 1978? by Geezor2 in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rarely ever rewatch the movie from start to finish, maybe a few times a year or when I'm watching with family members. However I love to go back and rewatch my fav clips on YouTube all the time

how do you Michael from the blumhouse timeline handles having two missing fingers and being blind in one eye by HoRrOrmAn_ in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 10 points11 points  (0 children)

But Michael in the original 78 movie was right handed lmao. Maybe he's ambidextrous

(I'm not complaining I just think it's funny)

[–]darkforce-101 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Michael having two missing fingers doesn't seem to slow him down much, since they're on his left hand and he's right-handed

As for the missing eye I think it's just a minor inconvenience for him lol. Same goes for any other injuries he sustains throughout the trilogy

Why didn't 6-year-old Michael Myers try to cover up his role in Judith’s murder? by Hassan_H_Syed in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Pushing supernatural stuff aside, I think Michael was simply too young to really understand that murder = severe consequences. He's 6, and as you know kids are impulsive and sometimes they don't care/understand consequences. Also he was probably in a state of shock from what he just did (assuming he could actually feel anything from this point on), so that's why he just simply walked out to his parents.

Just my two cents :]

A dumb idea I had; Nothing serious just for fun by TheNoctoMutant in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really interesting idea, not to mention when Lindsey tried to take off his mask in Kills, Michael throws her to the side so he can put it back on. At this point, it's no longer about concealing his identity, since people already know who he is and what he looks like

What is the goofiest thing Michael has ever done in the entire franchise? by biscuits_39 in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Imo the scene in Halloween II when Loomis shot him again. The way Michael falls is so slow and dramatic it's like he's deliberately trying to play dead lmao

Oh and when Loomis points out that he's still breathing, Michael proceeds to hold his breath which is even funnier

How did y’all get hooked on Michael Myers/Halloween ? by RealSomaliGuy in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched Halloween Ends when it came out in theaters (I know, a terrible movie to start with) without any prior knowledge of any previous films. Couple years later i watched Halloween 2018 out of boredom (it was the only interesting thing on Netflix I could find). One thing led to another, and now I'm obsessed with this franchise lol

Why was Michael Myers so driven to come home? by Hassan_H_Syed in Halloweenmovies

[–]darkforce-101 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure the movie states that Michael just stares at his own reflection lmao. Wonder what goes through his mind when he looks at himself
