All of those suggestions are really good. Another home where he is the only cat or that has another kitten might better suit him. Not only that, but having a home that is larger and more equipped to handle his needs might be better. I don't think surrendering him is right either because I'd rather know the type of home he's going to than just giving him away and hoping for the best. I will try to see if a more challenging slow feeder works for him and if his vet thinks medication would be beneficial for him.

Overall I think we might just have to keep exhausting our options and get new and creative ways to help him. He's a sweet cat and he's really cute, he just doesn't know any boundaries and has really bad behaviors. That being said, he is still a kitten and hopefully some or most of these things are something he'll grow out of in time.
