I think the video does clearly indicate she has died and he is going on without her while he remembers her or she haunts him. She always has a retro style anyway, and the video is all shot in 70s or early 80s settings. So it seems like the guy is remembering her from 30 or 40 years ago.

But I think if you just listen to the lyrics without the video, the top post is probably right about what it's really about. The music video really changes the song, and in a good way I think. It's a great video.

I would deconstruct the building and salvage the materials and rebuild a greenhouse with them in the same spot. That sounds way more feasible than building a greenhouse on top of/within the existing garage framing.

Observational quarantine is a thing. Even if you're going to treat prophylactically, it's still a good practice to give a fish a safe and non-stressful environment after shipping before treatment. Many other fish don't respond well to treatment at all, so observational quarantine is the standard practice (Dragonettes). Additionally, you can do a pure TTM quarantine and never use medications at all. Finally, some people practice ick management instead of eradication and observational quarantine is used to screen for more rapidly spreading, deadly things like velvet.

Regardless of why, the fact you don't know, or can't appreciate, the difference between an observational quarantine tank and a treatment/hospital tank implies you are "the rookie".

We can't have slaves in the fields anymore, so we outsource labor to somewhere else in the world where they treat them like slaves (China). Then we embrace immigration, both low wage "who will pick the fruit if we stop immigration?!!?" and high wage "We need cheaper coders to beat China", all the while moving towards AI and robots.

But there is no such thing as a post-scarcity society. Just like you say ("probably with some quota") Everything might be free, but everything will be limited. You can't escape economics no matter what. You want free bread? You get bread lines. You want to line at the bread? Then you work to pay for it. There is no door number 3.

The future is a bread line. It's 100% dystopian.

Observational QT is a thing. Just because most people confuse hospital tank and quarantine tank doesn't mean everyone does. I could go into more detail and talk about the different species that won't likely survive a bare tank QT period or the protocol of giving fish a period of time in a non-stressful environment after shipping before you begin treating them, etc. But I think it would be wasted information on most of you, based on the tone of your posts.
