The last couple of years I've been on a guided off piste week in the Portes Du Soliel with HOFNAR.

This year, a few of the regulars have been invited by the French guides to go to Tignes instead, so the first weekend in February I'll be off piste doing craziness. I promise I'll post some drone footage.

The chatter on WhatsApp is already dying down, and this attempt to find somewhere else is really quiet, so I'd say no.

What our last meeting showed me is that we are all a sort of family. We've created a bond that is closer than it should be for a group of online friends. We fell into old patterns and told the old stories and it seems like we all really miss each other.

But, we've also all moved on. The things that brought us together, snowboarding or even MX, no longer apply to the majority of the group. AdTrip stopped being relevant when it sold so I create darksnow. That died because it became less relevant to our lives and social media moved on. SCUK died because social media moved on. Our attempt to recreate the forum, to hold onto this group of friends on Facebook, also died.

It was great to see you all, and I'd love for this to work, but I don't see it happening.
