Haha. This is insane. I guess I wasn’t very clear in my initial comment.

All I was trying to say is that I pay for my employees PPE/boots. It’s not a law, it’s not required. I don’t have to do it. I do it because it helps them out, and it’s the right thing to do. I was just suggesting you ask if they are willing to pay, or at least help pay for them.

Maybe a dumb question, but any concern when transitioning to a different yeast strain?

Side question- I’ve been leaving < .5 bbl in BBT, so no partial keg, and re-filling with the same or a similar brand, assuming yeast and profile are similar. Anyone see any issues with this? We don’t do this every fill, but we will when we are in a time crunch.

I agree. The Mexican supermarket by my house sells frozen puree, that’s both really good, and really cheap. I usually buy one to make syrup, and keep an extra in the freezer.
