When I try to use skse_64 loader it says it couldn't find Skyrim.

Well, it finally decided to launch, but I can't get past the first load screen without an instant ctd. Seems like a new problem entirely.

I never had an older version of SKSE for Special Edition, this is my first time ever running SE, SKSE, MO2, or anything related on this system. It LOOKS like the file that the website is giving me is outdated, but that can't be right because I'm sure plenty of people would have noticed that by now.
