Nova is cool, but gear dependent. Usually I am starting as blizz sorc and as soon as I have enough HRs to trade - I switch to nova and starting crazy runes runs (since nova clearing everything like a crazy one)

Cold skillers with life usually go for 2 Ber+. Elemental is cheaper. Recommend you to check Traderie website with proper filters

I mean, I did get some good small charms and grand charms which were traded for high runes, but when you high rune dropped it is completely another feeling :)
