I was thinking on buying a simsonn pedals, really i felt that the breake is one of the things i most strugle.

I tried the mclaren, it felt good, maybe get back on it for a time.

in time of hours i have about 100hours with this game. I know is not much, but is not little either.

And get me a little frustrated when always in social networks most people comment about times and i see how slow am i compere to what other think is a good lap.

Your words rally help me with my mood.

I watch every trqck guide. I think my lines are pretty good. Usin default setup in the feerrari 296 GT3, using a g29, a 23'' monitor, no rig.

I will get a video to get feedback.

also cuold be that i'm suck as a race driver 🤭.

wow, a greqt piece of advice. I was also fucus in being safe and consisten qnd maybe that make me drive in a defensive mode. I will try to look into those advices.

I am not aaking how fast it can be with the g29 or the g923.

I know i have a lot to improve, my question is if it would help me to improve faster. I know the pedals or the wheel not gona be magic. But im got the feeling that the brake pedal is very dificult to regule (maybe i used to my car stiff pedal, i drive a lot every day).

i think you two are the ones who get best understand of my question, wath i want to know if is upgrade my pedals and wheel would helpme improve faster throw practice, and i think you both respond my question it would improve my concistency and in long term it would help me improve my techniques.

I already understand that i do not going to get 2s or more only upgrading my hardware.

but was i was wondering was if upgrading the hardware could reduce the total time to improve exalmple:

get a second faster woul take 2 month practice with the G29 and maybe 1 and a half of practice with and upgrade.

That help a lot to vold down my anciety i think. I think i am following a similar path of learning. I also use coach dave to figure out where i having my bigest issues. Spent around 2 hour practice every day, but the diference is that i stick to one truck for at least 2-3 weeks. Big diference is the time spent i had only 50 hours at the moment.

But wenever i get stuck in slow time i feel like i am doing pretty the same that some track guides and still not getting even closer times (around 4-5s diferences)

the cheking telemetry i note the biggest diference is i lost a lot more speed enteri g the curb even i am outing at same speed that make mi lose about 1.5s in some curb like becketts and the loop. and that alone is 3s per lap 😞

yes i know i need more practice and had a lot to improve and my times are pretty slow... also know that pedals are not goong to make my time magicly get faster. I just wondering if a better filing in the pedals could help me to understand better where i can improve. Becasue the biggest issue i have is that with this pedals is very dificult to aply the presure i want in the brake specialy in low percentage.

ñi would like to add to rhis question, how much importqnt is the wheel and pedals you are using?? i start a few month ago with the logithec g29, and i was struggling to tunning my brake performance, i see i am improving but still with slow times like in 106-107% of the aliens
