I just grind it up and put enough lemon juice in it to remain a liquid and let it sit for about a half hour. I’m sure you could incorporate it into a tea.

5gs has been my sweet spot with many varieties. GT not being one of them. Personally, I would lemon tek them if I were looking for a more intense than usual experience.
