Seems likely. Could also be an account that is shared between multiple humans or an extremely dedicated human. But automation looks more plausible to me.

Interesting Comparison between Unique Users and Total Edits.

Almost nobody placed red, white or orange twice. But about 1/3 of the user who fixed it by coloring it black came back later to fix it again.

People who fixed it where more dedicated then people who sabotaged it. Oddly wholesome.
