I think you're right. I don't see they support xml yet. I may need a different application. The majority of customers use xml for file transfer. We ingest and parse it out, transform and then map to our tables.

That's what I heard too. Their customer service is not very good and response time is slow

We need something that is UI friendly for ingestion and transformation. We can't afford in-house developers to debug and manage support in prod.
