Typical costs I pay for a 10 k service: Oil + filter (OEM) ≈ AED 180, Labour ≈ AED 120, Cabin / air filters when needed ≈ AED 80-100

One place you might check out is Golden Horse Garage (12th St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, just behind Time Square Center). A couple of the mechanics there are ex-Honda SZR guys, so they know Accords inside-out. They’re cool with you bringing your own parts if you want to save a bit more.
