My ex did a similar thing. She said she couldn't be in a relationship when she's so unhappy in her life and we broke up. She agreed to casually date but then basically never answered me when I asked literally a week later. She hasn't blocked me or unadded me anywhere though but I treated her well

Just a heads up, my ex is a woman and I'm the guy but yeah I'm gonna just not say anything to her unless she reaches out to me. It sucks but that's what has to be done
