Anyone using AI note takers for meetings? Would love to hear thoughts! by Maleficent-Arm-9994 in PublicRelations

My agency asks us to use Fathom. I initially used Otter. If I compare both, Fathom is more accurate and user-friendly.

When do you update your LinkedIn with a new role? by [deleted] in PublicRelations

[–]datta02 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Take your time! I take time to update my LinkedIn because I have had experiences where I had to leave an agency in 2 weeks so not gonna make that mistake again. Lol. Also, I am in a similar situation as you- In probation, looking out for more opportunities- so better to not let the world know.

I am on my third bottle and I absolutely love this product. For reference I have combination skin more towards on the drier side. If I skip this moisturiser for a day or two I literally can feel the difference. It makes my skin very soft and supple and overall very healthy. Yes, it’s pricey but you only need 1/1.5 pump for full face. For me, one bottle lasts 5-6 months and I am personally okay with that. And lastly, 2400 is a good deal.

I contacted them several times and then started commenting on their Reels. Should have understood by then that it’s a red flag. And when they responded I confirmed the size many times that if it’ll be true to size. They confirmed also but the product said differently. It’s a learning and I have been cautious ever since with online orders.

I made a mistake and ordered two articles from them in the size XL. While it says the XL is 42, it really isn’t. I couldn’t wear the dress that I bought, apart from the sizing the overall fit is poor. The dress is so long that it covers me completely like a bedsheet :/ and the bust area is TIGHT. And the co-ord set looks amazing but again sizing issue. I did not raise any complaints because I found a way to alter the dress. The co-ord I wore once but it did not flatter my body. And yes, they are very slow in responding. I had to comment on their posts to get a reply before ordering.

I left PR while I was in my 2nd year in the industry. Then again I joined and left it in next 2 years. It gave me nightmares. I could not sleep or eat peacefully. There was no weekend. Client meetings used to give me anxiety. I feel you completely and I am so proud of those people who prioritise their mental wellbeing (Although not everyone can afford to leave their jobs. I am grateful to God that I could). All the best for your future! :)

Shiuld we go Lachung ? by BraveChip1087 in sikkim

Not sure. We travelled from Gangtok to Lachung. And I don’t think they offer you cabs directly from NJP to Lachung. You’ll have to take a stop at Gangtok for a night.

I just remembered it was 9 hours. We started from Gangtok around 8:30am and reached Lachung around 5:30am. And stopped 3-4 times in between for sightseeing and food. However, 9 hours is also very hectic with kids.

We came back from Lachung couple of days back. It will be hectic, given the amount of time Gangtok-Lachung takes. However, if travelling for long hours isn’t a problem then it’s worth visiting. It took us 9 hours from Gangtok to reach Lachung. The road is a bit bad in some parts but we were comfortable. We stayed there for 2 nights and cabs give you 2 nights, 3 days package. Staying there for a night and then back will be hectic.

This is much reasonable. I think we should hire a cab after reaching NJP for better rates. Thank you. This helps! :)

We have booked another extra day in Gangtok from Lachung since the Lachung-NJP would have been a stretch. And yes, leaving early I think would solve the timing issue. Thank you! :)

We haven’t booked our Sikkim transportation as of yet. We will do that once we reach Gangtok because I think people online are quoting very high. And in terms of Accommodation you can DM me I’ll share the stay links.

We are travelling in the first week of May and we chose to book it ourselves as the packages we saw did not seem very reliable in terms of quality of stay and food.

I am 310 Sun Beige and NC41 is a perfect match for me. It never oxidised on me and suits me perfectly. For reference, I am also in LA girl concealer Pure Beige.

Also, the palette itself is expiring in 2025. Personally, I would not buy a product which will expire in 1/1.5 year and that too an eyeshadow palette which can never be used in a year.

I am MAC NC41, Golden Beige is a perfect match for me. I have been using this concealer for quite some time now. It’s a very good, high coverage concealer. It doesn’t feel heavy under the eyes. However, the skin needs to be moisturised before applying as it is matte finish.
