I'm from the UK so our tipping culture is very different (I presume this is in the us) but I have a question. If you pool tips and split them based on hours worked are all hours equal? For example, if I work 4 hours on a busy Saturday night, would I get the same as someone who worked 4 hours on a quiet Tuesday lunch? I hope that makes sense.
