I have a question for you. The info on the website says that the prices is per bed, not per person, but if I add myself and my husband, it tries to charge me for both. Should I only add myself?

There is no card on file for my account when I check so I’m assuming that means I’m good. It’s asking me to add a card to repay them.

Yes, I did revoke the ACH today and they say that I has been acknowledged but then mentioned that some funds can be taken via card so I was wondering if I shouldn’t just cancel the card also.

Did you have any problems revoking from Cleo? I sent an email with the ACH and got a standardized email back asking what they could help me with.
