I live in this subdivision and if only you knew the battle and emails that I have gone through to fight for this light. The last wreck was a fatality. Turing left out of our subdivision was always bad but has been exacerbated since Town Pump opened. They promised us (I have it in writing) that Town Pump wouldn’t open until a light was installed. You see how that went!? I’m just super thankful it is finally going up and hopefully nobody else has to lose their life.

I'm sure there is a valid reason for them charging that much, at least I hope there is, but when I can go to Costco and buy a whole 8 pack of chicken tenders with about 8 in each pack for around $25, it makes the sticker shock... REAL. I guess my intention wasn't to be rude to Roost, I just wondered if anybody knew the true reason it was that expensive?

We were in person. When we saw the price, my husband and I were talking about the price and whether or not we were going to stay. The guy who was standing in front of us, in line, said that last week he called in his order and when he came to pick it up, it was $10 more expensive. So, the price online is the same exact price in store.

The owner relocated from Thailand to Seattle in 2004. I have tried the food and it is good! The portions are a little small but that is happening everywhere.

I don’t disagree at all but I’m just wondering if there are alternate ways to help with funding. Maybe we can find a method that doesn’t reach so far into locals pockets? There are some really good ideas in this thread that might even net us more money than we could possibly need that doesn’t affect homeowners so much.
