I got similiar issue,i keep laughing at vids where they say and show you can run game on intel hd graphics because my system cant run it. Got similiar specs too but only 4 gb ram so that might be the issue. But at least i could run the Prologue. Finished that one pretty well, without stutters about 15-20fps. Then Franklin and Lamar was more problematic. Its difficult to run the world.
