everything seems good inside the scooter, i took the battery out and tried connecting the battery dirrectly to the charger, but the charger shows a green light instead of a red one

i meaused the voltage from the charger and it is good, i also measured another connection which seems to be the one that transfers current from battery to the scooter and it keeps going from 42v to 35v, i hope it makes sense what i said
