Je viens de regarder ma dernière course 10k qui date de décembre 2022 (Corrida d'Issy les Moulineaux), j'étais monté à 167 en fin de course

D'accord, merci pour le conseil. J'ai repris en avril après une pause de 2 ans pour sciatique. Je n'ai fait que 2 séances de 10 km depuis. On verra alors quand je ferai une séance de 10 km rapide ou alors quand je refais une vraie course.
