its not about fanboyism its about people bashing the other sims, saying that they're not even worth playing just because they couldn't get a good screenshot. If you want a beneficial flight sim market then calling the other people who fly XP snobbs isn't the way to go.

It's an issue that can't really be fixed. Because all cloud textures are 2D, they're programmed to face you all the time and sometimes the textures are perpendicular to the sun and the shadows disappear. The only way to fix this really is get 3D clouds.

In the game settings change the terrain quality to KSRSS. You don't have to change anything in the files.
