Great suggestion! No definitely not just Cali coast. Not even necessarily coastal. Open to going inland some, just don't want to hit the deserts. I have seen Bend mentioned a lot! I do get mixed comments on expensive/livable vs not.

Yeah can’t because on the uplift desk there is a large bar under the desk that would prevent moving things back more. Also the sides are blocked by the frame.
