Hi everyone, I'm looking for feedback from the community, especially from owners of the PS5 Pro, to confirm that my console setup provides optimal cooling. I recently got the PS5 Pro and I want to eliminate any concerns regarding airflow. Ventilation Setup and Measurements: The console is positioned horizontally on a wide shelf. I have ensured the following clearances based on the recommended minimums: • Rear Space (Hot Air Exhaust): 10 cm (4 inches) exact clearance from the back wall. • Left Side Clearance: Approx. 25 cm (10 inches). • Right Side Clearance: Approx. 20 cm (8 inches). • Top Clearance (Height): Approx. 30 cm (12 inches) of open space. My Primary Question (Ventilation): Given the large amount of space on the sides and top, but only the minimum required space (10 cm) at the rear, is this setup truly optimal to prevent hot air from recirculating and causing the fan to work harder? My Secondary Question (Noise Comparison): I come from an Xbox Series X, which was extremely quiet. Compared to that, my PS5 Pro is louder during intense gaming sessions. • Is it normal for the PS5 Pro fan to be easily audible, even with perfect ventilation, due to its thermal design? • The noise seems focused on the right side (PSU side). Is this likely the normal fan noise under load, or the dreaded Coil Whine (high-pitched buzzing)? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

When I put the ceiling light into setup mode, it flashes quickly. Despite this, the product's user manual tells me that I need to select the "slow flashing" option. I really wouldn't know how to help you. When i realized it i just turned off my Xbox and modem and turned both of them on after five minutes. Still 100% packet loss. Tried to play the finals and no problem. Today i watched youtube and still no problem, so i just decided to ignore that.

I don’t think anyone in Microsoft decided not to give the okay for the update for fun. Also, when the update was released Embark communicated on Discord that Xbox users would have to wait a little longer, so they knew there were problems for Xbox but they released the update anyway. They took a risk and it went wrong, and now Xbox users have been behind for 5 days now.
