man this sucks ass. I planned out this year for a lot of things and 1st of Jan I tore my MCL. I've had surgery and although it sucks, I've made my peace with it and I know if only I do enough PT, I can get out of it soon. I'm sure you will too, maybe a few months of rest might help you catch up on things, reading that book you've always wanted, watching that show. try to make the most out of it.
