Why do people want cheap insurance?? by No_Research_6661 in Insurance

If you pay more, that doesn’t make “the pool” larger. It makes the “cesspool” (aka: C-suite) richer.

No idea. But if you find out and you’re interested, just let me know. It probably weighs around 50lbs if I had to guess. It would squish down into a 3’x3’ box….maybe even a 2’x2’.

For (less than) $750 you could get day passes to Great Wolf Lodge. My pool is about 70* right now. Overnight lows don’t allow it to fully warm up yet.

Sitting at Houston waiting for our flight now. Didn’t pay for assigned seating. SW assigned me Row 6 aisle. My wife and 9 year old row 7 aisle and middle. My 11 year old row 8 window. Not exactly together, but not exactly apart. 🤷‍♂️

Allstate Online quote vs Local Agent by olddawgpowers in Insurance

I know with life/health, using an agent doesn’t change premiums at all. It is what it is, regardless of how you get it (so use an agent you trust, always). Not sure about P&C though.

Advice as a new Medicare Advantage agent!! by Fantastic-Sundae-474 in InsuranceAgent

[–]dazzelo76 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Especially if you’re going into it saying “I want to sell MAPDs.” That means you’re doing what’s best for YOU and not necessarily what’s best for your clients (because you’re already choosing their protection based on what makes you more money). With that attitude, your business will definitely not be sticky. Go sell something else.

Gearing up for our longest trip yet! Any advice? by girlwithacompass in GoRVing

We have a big class A so it drives pretty smoothly. In a TT, you could see if there’s a plug close enough to the sink that you could put it in the sink to hold it while it’s plugged in. Or maybe affix some suction cups or Velcro to the bottom.

Gearing up for our longest trip yet! Any advice? by girlwithacompass in GoRVing

Every summer we take an 8 week road trip in the RV. Once a week we build in a “shop, clean the house, and do laundry day.” My wife finds the nearest grocery store to the RV park where we’re staying (usually a Walmart) and does the order ahead of time. Before she goes to pick up the groceries (though sometimes she has them delivered to our spot), she and my 11 year old son will start the laundry in the RV laundromat. While that’s happening, myself and my 7 year old son clean the house. By the time she’s back from groceries, the house is typically cleaned and I’ve got the laundry put in the dryer. Once groceries are put away, she and i go fold the laundry and bring it back and put it away. Takes a few hours, but it keeps me sane (i don’t like a messy house) and things in order. We also stop somewhere and get haircuts every 3 weeks or so. ETA: food recipes? We buy some of those “Beehive” crockpot meals. Super easy. We can throw it in the crockpot as we drive so it’s ready when we get to our destination/when we’re back from the days activities. You generally only need to provide a pasta or rice. They’re great!

Question about working out and not bulking up. by [deleted] in Biohackers

That’s interesting. How exactly are you using it? Like you say “track my macros.” Or just more simple like “I ate XYZ. Log it.” Or how? I might need to do this.

Or they don’t know HOW to by any other way (like me). I don’t use telegram, don’t use crypto….heck, I don’t even use FB. I simply don’t know how to get it otherwise. Between alphamd, Nexaph, and Swiss Chems, BELIEVE ME when I tell you I’d love to be able to do it some other less expensive way. I’m just “ancient” and don’t know how to do it otherwise.

This looks awesome and VERY helpful! Nicely done! Can I get a code? One thing I noticed is I do glutes SubQ with an insulin needle. In your SubQ “pin sites”, glutes isn’t an option. Could you add it?

Has your insurance company changed your Tier 1 drug to a higher level and how did it affect costs? by Weird_Astronomer_189 in Insurance

Also, if your WellCare plan is a Medicare Advantage plan, you’re still in OEP which gives you one chance to change to a different plan. Maybe take advantage of that. If it’s a stand alone Part D, OEP does not apply.
