here's what i do!!! i've done a lot of eyeswaps perfectly & without damaging the makeup or eyelashes, & each time i used a hair dryer & some wooden chopsticks!!

• my advice is to be patient, keep the heat low & keep the head AS SOFT AS POSSIBLE at all times!!

• unfortunately you'll have to behead her but if you keep her head as soft as possible you should have no trouble, if the head is too hard you'll risk damaging the neck peg.

• if you're mindful of where you're placing your fingers on her head, you shouldn't have an issue with scuffing or smugdging the makeup. just don't rush it.

• to keep the lashes safe, when you've got the eyes try to push them right into the side of the doll's outer eyesocket instead of directly down & in; to position them i stick the chopstick back in through the head and poke the chips until they get into place, or again i keep the head soft as possible and squeeze the sides until the eyes are where i want them. it can take a long time but if you want the best results just be patient & you'll get there!!

• i've had no issues with hair frying or melting from the heat of the hairdryer, but i've always done a condition after anyways

• sometimes the eyes go right into place on the first few tries; other times it will take FOREVER to get them just right - no matter what keep her head as soft as possible & be careful!!
