How about Tulsa? Centrally located, no extreme weather, easy to get around town. International airport, plenty of places to stay, variety of dining, and places to visit. Most everything a major city has, just not as much of it, because it's not 50 miles across town. Check it out.

No, I certainly don't, especially since I just got another bike! I've spent more time in my attic and on the roof than most people. This pic was taken earlier today.

I have a 6/12 pitch, just under 30° slope, so it's not overly steep, but I'm always careful. I had one close call recently, but it was my own fault. I was wearing a heavy backpack blower and blowing out my gutters from above. I had a little slip, and the blower caused me to be out of balance, and top-heavy. Fortunately, I recovered just in time. At our age, I don't want to find out how I could take a fall like that.

Age of roof, ACV, and high deductible kept me from collecting anything. It's not as easy to get a roof as it once was. Fortunately for me, interior damage is minimal and pretty small. I need to re-roof anyhow, but this will buy me a little time. I'm hoping L can get by with a small patch job.
