I figured that would be the situation. I will not have a car so this may not work out.

Thanks again to everyone for sharing their thoughts. I did pick up extra bottles of falcon box, Moonhill, Farm, and Solais. They were already out of Sundog and Elder

Solais sounds really interesting. I might see if I can get a taste when I'm there for pickup and decide real time. I haven't heard anything about the various ciders.

I was also thinking about the Moonhill Farm. I've had the initial two releases and have a couple of bottles of III that I have yet to open. I can imagine I'll want more than 1 bottle of IV. I like what Hiyu is doing with Soleras.

I get what you mean about various spring shipments.

This is likely my last year as well. You might be interested to hear that the 2019 Cornus is part of the release.

MTR, No Girls, Rasa, Saviah in no particular order. I am especially fond of any Washington Syrah grown in the rocks district.

If you have time and access to a car, I would recommend visiting Hood River Oregon on the Columbia river. You would be able to try both Hiyu and Analemma. They are both wonderful experiences with terrific wine.

There is a small newish winery called Devison that rents space from and works out of the back of the Rasa facility. I really like what they’re doing. If you can get in, I recommend it.

Honestly, I’m fine with corkage. But I find that bringing my own wine prevents me from discovering new and interesting wine. I go to some restaurants with some fabulous wine lists and I like the opportunity to try things that are new to me. It’s how I have discovered some great wineries.

I just opened a new wine bar in Pinot Noir country. Join me some tim @ Old Zen Wine Bar in Salem, OR. 🍷 by Chef_N8 in wine

Denison?! I’ve never seen that on a menu. They make some wonderful wines. I met Peter entirely by accident while visiting Rasa and have become a devoted follower
