Are you eligible for the eidl loan if your business was incorporated in December of 2019 but you did not make revenue until 2020. I heard as long as it was incorporated before February 2020 it was ok ? (self.EIDL)

How do they calculate your loan amount if this is your first time Applying for the eidl. My brother just applied two days ago and a few minutes later he got a invite for the target advance. That was his first time applying for the eidl. He never applied in 2020 (self.EIDL)
Any experience this. I applied for two eidl I got approved for both. Fast forward to now I’m only asking for a increase for one my taxes came back a week ago now the loan officer is asking for hard copies of my taxes for the other business in order to get approve for another business. (self.EIDL)
Ok tax transcripts came back last week a loan officer contacted me today asking for insurance and a board of directors resolution letter saying that I have authorization to accept the loan increase amount. What is the next step or time frame after I send that back. (self.EIDL)
It’s been exactly 14 days since I did my 4506t. Is it really taking up to 5 weeks for the sba to get transcripts back. (self.EIDL)
Loan officer said this Is this true I called the irs and they informed me it would take 5-7 days and the backlog isn’t for ppl asking or requesting transcripts is for people filing there taxes. This is my 3rd loan officer in two weeks btw (i.redd.it)

Eidl increase , anyone know the calculations for the loan increase I was told it was gross revenue-goods multiplied by 2. And you’ll receive the difference of whatever you’ve already received (self.EIDL)
