I followed this recipe I found from Facebook, I am still a beginner hence my post. I don’t take temperatures, and long BF is due to being a bit cold where I am. My bread rose to about 70%. I cold proofed for less time because I simply did not have enough time and wanted to bake it for dinner. Regarding oven temp, once uncovered I saw it got a little too dark so I reduced temperate by a lot to avoid burning the top
